I feel an affinity with all those who love style and a dog. It’s clearly not an unusual combination: now that I’m looking, I see it everywhere. My latest find is MrsSizzle.com. Described as, “The blog for all dog-lovers who admire art and photography,” former photo-editor Suzanne Donaldson’s website combines fabulous art with that most inspiring of subjects: dogs. I particularly love the post featuring photographer Timothy Greenfield-Sanders’ portraits of famous artist’s dogs.
Although, canines are the mainstay of MrsSizzle, other animals are featured. I, for one, am terribly pleased to see that fashion’s favourite contemporary artist, Cindy Sherman has a pet parrot. Who knew?
