Friday Find: PawPost

Recently a box arrived at the door somewhat unusually addressed to Teddy. We opened it to find a present from PawPost. Crammed with reassuringly natural vegetable dog chews, Teddy’s favourite squeaky ball on a string, some paraben and sulphate-free dog shampoo, dog tea – why not? – and a dog magazine, Teddy was understandably excited. (I was particularly taken with the Beautiful Joe’s Ethical Dog Treats that come with a smart tin to put the snacks in, see Teddy Loves…Beautiful Joe’s).
If there is a dog or cat in your life – or someone else’s – PawPost may be just the spoiling thing. You tell them the size and birthdate of the pet, choose the PawPost Plan (choose from a one-off or 3, 6 or 12 monthly boxes), and then sit back and wait for the postman.
I would rather like one too, but Sam’s Treat Box would come with a beauty bent. A neat selection of hero-products, some rare finds, carefully picked to suit my skin, colouring, lifestyle (a decent hand cream for this dog walker) would go down extremely well. Now there’s a business idea.
